Rapper Kwaw Kesw who spent weeks in prison for allegedly smoking marijuana in Kumasi given account of how sad the place looks like.
Kwaw kese in an interview with Bola Ray on Starr FM in Accra said no one deserves to be where we was housed for the weeks in was in jail. Kwaw Kese who appears before KMA court on 5 February said he slept in a room with about 73 people.
“we were 74 in a [cell] … like a normal single room with 74 people in there and you know, you don’t [get] to sleep on the bed. You have to sit on the floor”
“We have the monkey sleeping, we have the rich people sleeping and with the monkey sleeping, it’s like you sleep on the floor with your, with your …. I don’t know. I wish we were on TV for me to demonstrate. Some people stand and sleep all night and they’ve done that for a couple of years and it’s crazy,”
